Boarding Club
It has come to our attention that certain home boarding places have falsely aligned themselves with Porsche's Rescue to capitalise on our reputation. We have absolutely no business relationships or affiliations with other boarding places, even if they claim this. Only by contacting Porsche's Rescue directly can we assure your pet is boarded to the high quality you have come to expect from us.
Before our Boarding Club was established, we were often asked by people who had adopted from us whether they could leave their pets here while they travelled. They knew their animals had been well looked after while in rescue, and it was a real privilege knowing we were to be trusted with them again. Sometimes other people previously unknown would contact us about boarding their pet here short term, and that’s how we realised the need for a small animal boarding area. Of course, we are predominantly a rescue, but when we have that extra space we’re more than happy to babysit an animal we know has a loving home to go to at the end of their stay, and are glad for the fees that help the other rescues who are not so lucky and may be with us for several months waiting for their new home.
We provide our boarders with a clean, undercover environment; with water, vegies and Porsche's Rescue brand name feed for rabbits and guinea pigs. We can also cater for special dietry requirements and encourage people to bring a sample of their food along to minimise possible complications occuring from a sudden change in diet. Boarders also get time in an exercise pen, and we find they settle in really quickly to our low-stress environment. They often return when their families travel again! If you have internet access during your holiday, we can send updates on how your animal is going with us and send through photos to help with the separation.

Due to occupational health and safety, premises inspections cannot be provided. This boarding service is not always available due to space limitations, as we want to ensure each animal gets the individual attention it needs; however, to find out if boarding is available, please fill in our boarding form, which also includes a summary of pricing.
